DirectionsPrices, calories and sizes for all 39 items, the same list every New York shop pours.

The Manhattan stores follow foot traffic rather than neighbourhood demographics. Three sit on Broadway within a mile of each other, covering Times Square, the Garment District and Herald Square, which is a level of density HEYTEA has not attempted anywhere else in the country.
Two campus locations round out the island. The NYU store on Waverly Place and the Columbia University store on Broadway both target student traffic, and both keep hours that run later than the mall counters elsewhere in the network.
Queens is where the older Chinese American communities are, and the store count reflects it. Flushing has two stores within a few blocks of each other on Prince Street and Main Street, both carrying well over 800 reviews.
Brooklyn holds three, at MetroTech Center downtown, on 59th Street in Sunset Park and on 86th Street in Bensonhurst. The last two sit in the borough’s Chinese neighbourhoods rather than in its commercial cores.
The 1407 Broadway store carries more reviews than any other HEYTEA in the United States, at over 1,600. Volume that high tends to pull a rating toward the middle, and it still holds 4.7 stars.
Queue times are the main variable across the New York network. A Manhattan store at lunch is a different experience from the same store at three in the afternoon, and the drinks that suffer most are the capped ones.
For a busy store, order from the fruit tea range or take a Tea Lab cold brew, since neither depends on a cream cap surviving the wait. Oolong Cold Brew at $6.50 is the cheapest thing on the board and holds up better than anything.
Delivery covers most of the metro area and the apps show the live board for a specific address, which is the most reliable way to check what a given store is actually carrying that day.
